ACE Elite is a prepaid card which means you need to fund the account first before being able to use it. The card is managed by Netspend and issued by Metabank, USA. This card can be used across all the VISA merchants worldwide. The card is ideal for users with no bank account or low FICO score but it is not recommended to use it as a full-fledged debit card. The card pretty much charges fees in everything be it account statement, balance inquiry or more.
In order to manage your credit card, ACE Elite provides customers with an online account. Simply login into the online account to view transaction history, recharge your account and pay bills. On this page, we have provided you with step by step instructions (with images) on how to manage your account.
Ace Elite Card Account Login Guide
If you already have registered your Ace Elite card online, follow the steps given below:
Step 1: To login into your Ace Elite card account, visit this page – Link
Step 2: On the next page enter your username and password in the spaces provided.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Log in‘ button.
After following steps given above, you would be able to successfully login to your account.
ACE Elite Card provides multiple options to pay your card bill on time.
To Pay Online:
Step 1: Login to your account (Refer login guide).
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Bill Payment’. Select the due amount and proceed with the payment.
Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email.
At any ACE or Netspend reload locations: One can pay their credit card bills by walking into the nearest Ace store or NetSpend reload branch. Click here to find the nearest NetSpend reload centers.
Forgot User ID/Password
If you have lost your user id or password, follow the steps mentioned below to recover account credentials:
To Recover your Username:
Step 1: Visit the username recovery page – Link.
Step 2: Enter your prepaid card account number and CVC2 number located at the back of your card in the spaces provided.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Continue‘ button.
Your username will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
To Recover your Password:
Step 1: Navigate to the Password reset web page – Link.
Step 2: Enter your account username in the space provided and click on the ‘Continue‘ button.
Step 3: On the next page enter your card number, CVC2 number in the spaces provided and answer some security questions related to your account.
Just follow the onscreen instructions on the next page, to reset your account password.
Card Activation / Registration
Follow the below-mentioned steps to activate your Ace Elite Card:
Step 1: Navigate to the Ace Elite card activation page – Link.
Step 2: In the new web page that opens fill your card number (your card number is mentioned in front of the credit card) and CVC2 number in the spaces provided.
Step 3: On the next page, setup your username and password for your account. You will also need to answer few security questions.
Your account will be successfully activated. In case you encounter issues during card activation, contact support/help on 1-866-387-7363
Report Lost / Stolen Card
If your credit card is lost or stolen, one should immediately call on 1-(866) 387-7363. Customer executive will deactivate your card and reissue you a new one within a week’s time.
