Comerica Credit Card Login Guide
If you already have a Comerica Credit Card online account, here is how you can login:
Step 1: Open your web browser and navigate to this link (a new tab will open up).

Step 3: Click on the ‘Continue’ button.
Step 4: On the next page, you will be asked ID Shield Question for verification.

Paying Your Bills
Comerica Credit Card allows you to pay your bills in four different ways. Please read this section carefully and select the best one for yourself:
Using the online method:
Step 1: Sign in to your Comerica online account (refer this guide on how to login).
Step 2: Once you have logged in, click on the ‘Credit Card Payments’ section located at the top right section of the screen.
Step 3: Enter your due amount and complete the payment.
The amount will be debited from your checking account. Once your credit card bill has been paid, you will be notified via phone or email.

To pay your credit card bill, you can call up 1-800-558-3424 and follow the audio instructions. Note that there may be a nominal charge for using the phone payment service.
Over the Counter:

Forgot your User ID or Password?
You needn’t worry if you have forgotten your User ID, you can retrieve your User ID. Read this following section for more details:
To Recover Your User ID:
Step 1: On your device’s internet browser – open up the login link.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Forgot Your Personal ID?‘ link.
Step 3: Enter your credit card account, security code (CVV), last 4 digits of your SSN (Social Security Number) and Zip Code in the given spaces.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Just follow the onscreen instructions and at the end of the process, you will receive an e-mail with your User ID mentioned.
To Recover Your Password:

Step 3: You will be required to setup your new password. Read the note given below the ‘new password’ field carefully.

Credit Card Activation
In order to avail the full benefits of your credit card, you need to activate it first. Here is how you can do it:
Step 1: You need to go to the following – link. This is for new users to enroll as well as to activate the credit card.
Step 2: Enter your credit card number, CVV (Security Code), the last 4 digits of your SSN (social security number) and Zip code in the provided spaces.
Step 3: Set up your User Name, Password and register your email address with the website.
You will receive an e-mail and you should verify from the link sent too. You must carefully read the instructions which follow and you will be given an account and you can activate your card in this way. Done!

Report your lost/stolen Credit Card
If your credit card has been lost or has been stolen, report the incident to the customer care support help on 1-800-558-3424. A new card will be issued and mailed to your postal address within a few days. Your old credit card will be deactivated.
