Valero Credit Card is a store credit card which can be used at Valero, Shamrock, Diamond Shamrock and Beacon gas stations. Valero offers two types of credit cards – one is for retail users known as Valero Fleet Card and the other is mainly for fleet owners known as Valero Commercial Card. The card is ideal for small business owners as one can save up to 8 cents per gallon and at the same time monitor their fuel usage.
To manage and track the fuel expenses, Valero provides an online account to each of the card holders. Using the online account one can login and view the latest transactions, make payment and check overall fuel usage.
The following guide will help you understand how to login into your account, pay bills, activate your card and retrieve your account details.
Valero Credit Card Login Instructions
If you have already enrolled for an online account, you can login to your account following the steps listed below:
Step 1: Navigate to this – link (a new window will open up).
Step 2: Enter your User ID in the provided space.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Sign-In‘ button.
Step 3: On the next page, enter your account password.
Step 4: Press the ‘Submit’ button.
Upon successful verification of your credentials, you will be redirected to your account.
Bills & Payments
Valero allows you to pay your credit card bills in a hassle-free way. Read further to know the various methods.You will be able to make an informed decision.
Step 1: Login to your account. Refer the above section to know – how to login.
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Balance and Payments‘ section of your account’s dashboard.
Step 3: Enter the amount to be paid, proceed with it and complete the transaction. You will be notified once your bill has been paid via e-mail or phone.

Phone Payments – Valero Credit Card provides you with the option of over the phone payment. You need to call up 1-(800) 333-3560 and follow the IVR instructions.
Over the Counter: You can also pay your card bill at any of the Valero stores. Use this – link to find the nearest store from your location. Then, it a simple matter of paying your bills over the counter.
Forgot Your Credentials?
To recover your User ID
Step 1: Go to the sign in page- Link.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Forgot your User ID?‘ link.
Step 2: Fill in your account number (mentioned on the front side of your credit card), last 4 digits of SSN (Social Security Number) and Zip Code in the spaces provided.
Step 3: Click on the ‘OK‘ button.
Step 4: On the next screen, enter your e-mail ID and complete the process.
At the end of the process, you will receive an e-mail with the username recovery instructions.
To recover your Password
Step 1: Go to the sign in page. Use this – link.
Step 2: Enter your user ID and click on the ‘Sign-In’ button.
Step 3: On the next screen, you will need to click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link.
Step 4: Enter your partial SSN, zip code and account number in the space provided.
Step 5: Click on the ‘Continue‘ button.
Step 6: Now, enter your registered e-mail ID in the required field and complete the process.
You will receive an e-mail from the website with the password recovery instructions.
Activate your Card
If you have just received your card, follow the steps given below to activate your account:
Step 1: Navigate to the Valero credit card activation page using this – link.
Step 2: Enter your account number, your full name and last 4 digits of your SSN (Social Security Number) along with your Zip Code.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Next’ button.
Step 4: In the next screen, set up your username and password.
Step 5: Finally, click on ‘Continue’ and complete the process.
At the end of the process, your card would be successfully activated.
Report Your Lost or Stolen Card
In case your card has been lost or stolen, please call 1-800-333-3560 to reach the Valero credit card support department. The customer executive will deactivate your lost/stolen credit card. He/she will also make sure that you will get your new card delivered to you.
